My love for drag

I discovered drag when I was a child watching a tv show, and it capted my attention inmediatly, but I didn't get to know more about it at that time. it wasn't 'till 2019 that I really got to know more, looking for information, watching tv shows, knowing about what drag is and supporting different drag queens ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ I fell in love with drag because is a way of expressing who you are, exploring gender, and it can be very fun, it has lots of comedy too. I also see it as a way to defy a cis-normative society. 

Having people to look up to helped me when I struggled with accepting myself, and knowing who I was. It helped me to embrace my gender identity, and  feel brave.

My favorite queen is Sasha velour, her drag is just so unique. She is a visual artist, so she kind of mixes what she studied with this art form. I'll leave a youtube link below so (if you want to) can watch one of her most iconic performances... because I just love her and admire her so much.

I also watch a youtube show called "UNHhhh" yes... "UNHhhh", starring Trixie Mattel and katya, both ex participants of "Ru paul's drag race" on season 7.

I'd love to try drag, so now I'm buying different makeup supplies that I might need ʕ♡˙ᴥ˙♡ʔ
